Pre Order Policy
CANCELLING A PRE-ORDER:
Due to the dynamic nature of card singles, once a pre-order is placed, that order is final. We will NEVER cancel your orders to relist the cards that you have ordered at a higher price. We will not refund because a card went down in price or you change your mind, if this may be an issue do not place pre orders from our store. This also applies to sealed stock.
For extra special circumstances when a pre order is needed to be cancelled, contact us @ info@cooperscards.com.au. We may be able/unable to help.
Singles with standard, tracked or registered post:
Orders will begin processing up to a week from release date, if this causes any issues we recommend express post.
Express Post:
Assuming stock arrives on time, express orders will be processed at no later than the following Monday post release. Please keep in mind this may change with any large influx of orders and may cause slight delays. Express orders are processed first.
Sealed Product:Pre Ordering items with different release dates:
Orders containing multiple pre order items with different dates will be posted at the latest date of pre-orders. If you would like for your items to be shipped separately, you will need to pay for each instance of shipping.
